Thank you Mike! Welcome to the group! I was excited to go back after 20 years, but only had a few hours in the morning on the road trip. I did try and get some trees in some other photos. Thank you for bringing the focal point to my attention. Sometimes I forget in the moment when I see something I like. I was happy to get some nice colors. Getting the river was a bonus for sure. You couldn't see it well in most spots. Thank you! |

Thank you Pat! It was kinda quiet for the most part. haha A few people wouldn't stop talking. But the expanse does amplity the vast quietness. I'm going to look at it with and without the dark blue and see which I like. Thank you for sharing your preference! |

Thank you Debi! I will give the crop a try. I was trying to keep the horizon at the top 1/3 line. I'm going to work on the contrast. I was pleased that I did get some good color and not just haze. Thanks! |

I don't see anything I would change. You have a little bit of everything. Barn, fog, great trees, birds. The trees behind the barn are fabulous. I think the dreary day made this a perfect shot!! |

This gives me a chill looking at it. The movement of the tree does bring out the winter feel. I'm wondering if a little more contrast would make the water pop a little more? The story is all about the tree though. I think the black and white is a great choice too. Very nice wintery scene!! |

I think you caught this perfectly! The reflections in the water lead you to the boat and net. The sun thru the net is great. You caught the action and the feeling beautifully! Wonderful capture! |
