I tried the Lighten blending mode and filled the left steps content aware. I dodged the water slightly as well. Not sure about the fill portion. Feeling it is too bright? |

Thank you Marla!! Yes, the left side is my favorite. I don't think I took longer than 10 seconds on this one because of the white lights. I was hoping for more detail in the water also. A friend was with me and we were a bit away from other people and didn't want to stay in that area too long. I'll go for longer exposures in the future and see how I do. I appreciate your comments!

Thank you Mofassirul! I can try and crop just off the bottom. This was the best I could do without losing the bridge on the right or white pier. I appreciate your comments and suggestion. |

Thank you Pat! I will look up ACDSee. I'm using PS, but have been learning how to do things step by step. I'll try the shadows and curves and see if I can bring up the water details. Thank you so much for your suggestions! |

Thank you Virginia. I'm using PS. I have been learning things step by step. Our local photography club has been doing workshops on PS. I tried dodging at 3% and it looked funny. It looked to light. I'm going to try somethings today and repost. I thank you so much for your suggestions! |

Great shot!! The colors of the train and cars against the snowcapped mountain is awesome. Your details are fabulous. The tracks are great leading lines. I feel a pull between the power of the engine and the power of the mountain. Man vs Nature? I agree with Debi on the sign and pipe in the foreground. Removing them will give a straight eye line to the cars. Awesome work! |

I love tree covered streets too. The bare branches help give the end of a season feel. I like the lines leading to the carriage. This is a good photojournalistic style shot. The blue lines on the trees lets the viewer know something is going to happen to the trees. Glad you got a shot before they disappeared. Great capture of the moment! |

I LOVE ghost towns!! This is a beautiful photo! The paint process really brings out the tree's limbs in a spooky way. I think the muted tones work well with this process. It doesn't feel overdone to me.
The only thing I see that, if possible, can the power lines be removed in the left corner? They seem highlighted by the process?
I think this would be great on a canvas. It's a wonderful capture of a lost time. |

I love it when you get the correct side of a flight to get photos! What a magnificent sight! If you can bring out some detail from the shadows, it would add to the expansive feel.
You did great with the plane window glass! It's a powerful photo! |

I love that this photo makes me feel like I'm there. Everything looks really clear, so great job without a tripod!! I agree with Debi the yellow poles are draw my eye away from the leading to Big Ben.
Question: Are those people next to the first light pole? They kinda look like ghosts. Maybe due to processing? I wouldn't mind losing them if you were going to do a large print.
I'm remembering this shot when I go to London!! ;-) I love it! |

Incredible image! I could see this in Nat Geo. I don't see anything that can be improved upon. |

Thank you Debi! I do use Camera Raw. I wasn't thinking about it being shadows. I will give that a try and post the photo. Thank you! |
