Very nice image of a waterfall. I believe, Larry and Michael have said what changes might improve the photo. I especially like the color of the leaves on the boulder on the right, and the detail of hte boulder of the left. |

If I were to take the photo today, I would do many of the suggestions I have received from the group. I'll try your technique to see if I can get the image are little sharper. Thanks. |

Arne, good composition and your setting of f/16 brings it all together in focus. I enjoyed reading the history of the house and that your family's farm was near by. My only suggestion is lighten the stone walls to bring out more detail. |

Barbara, I really enjoyed this image. I might suggest darkening the clouds at the horizon, to give it just a little impact. Your decision to put the pier in the center was right on for this photo. I'm not sure I would have gotten lower, as Larry suggested, as I think you would have gotten all of piers looking like one group. Bill's idea of a little more contrast in the sky would give it a little more impact . Nicely done! |

Larry, I learn more just reading how you processed your photograh. This is a nicely thought out process, and taking a forth photo that was slightly out of focus really added to the image. I tend to agree with Bill that reducing the brightness of the trees even more to make the "Madonna" standout. PS Forget about me being with you in the evergades daytime or nighttime, especailly night time. |

Three feet of snow. If I did that the snow would be at my chest. I really like this photo as it brings out the aspect of winter, snow, cold and ice. Good composition with the stream leading the viewers eye toward the snow covered tress. Nicely done! |

Bill, nice composition. I especially like the swan's location. Since it is the whitest part of the photo my eye when directly to it. You did a nice job of getting the sky and the water correct. Very good sharpness throughout the photo, nice work. |

Ron, what process did you use in Photomatix? I like part of this photo, but your of 1/30 (+/-5 seems to be a bit long, causing the water to mix to much with the result that is somewhat confusing where it mixes. I would suggest a time, such as 1/4 to get the flow to show without mudding the water. Just a thought. |

Paul, this is a really interesting lighthouse with the location on top of the cliffs. I see people near the lighthouse, were you able to get closer? Bet you did have a time getting the photos straight. |

What an interesting image. The selection of "grunge" was an excellent choice and it really gives the barn the look you were after. |

Tom, this is a really nice juxtaposition of BW and color. Each gives the photo a wonderful expression of the age of the building and the age of the Bougainvillea. The house with blue doors and the color in the upstairs window make the house stand out. In addition, the clouds assist in giving the photo an overall look of complete. Nicely Done! |
