Larry, good point about the color of the snow, but it was that color. Your color adjust of the snow makes it look more like snow, but it makes, in my opiton, a harsh light to the photo. |

Arne, what an unusual photo and especially done well in Black & White. Your use of dodge and burn is WELL DONE! I really like the detail you brought out in the rocks. Your placement of the sun is right one. I believe you achieved the mood you were seeking. |

Debbie, nice to have you join us. I really liked the composition you had. I agree with Larry that you may have too much sky. I changed you size to 16 x 9. Leveled the horizon, and The adjusted your midtowns slightly. I placed the emphasis on the reflections of the waves and slightly lighten up the forground on the right side to draw the viewers eye toward the waves. Hope you don't mind my adjustments. Looking forward to seeing you future photos and again, nice to have you on board. Dick |

Bill, this is a great composition and I hope you do well in the compition. Was this taken with a tripod? One of the best pictures of the bridge with both sides of the bridge. Like the boat, which gives the photo some motion. Sky is nicely done, blur worked well. |

Must have been taken in the spring with the water flowing like that. It's hard to get both the top and bottom falls in the same photo, but you did a nice job of composition. Like the details of the cliffs and the trees. |

Michael, your composition is right on. My eye when straight to the farm house. I like the way the gray on the right leads to the farm house. Detail of the tracks really gives you photo depth. Nicely done. |

Larry, I've got to remember to bring along Cold Gatorade when taking photos, however today it is 105 F her in California and I think I'll drink the Gatorade. I always enjoy your description of your photos.
Your decision to leave out the sky was a good one. Your settings seem right on. Overall, I like the image and the mood.

Don, sorry to hear about your issues with your computer. I don't have a recommendation for replacement of Nick HDR Efex Pro.
Like your work on the "Old" car. Applying a sepia-tone was a great idea. I really like the way in was applied and the final look. It brought out the details. |

Interesting topic. Got my attention. You did a nice job of bringing out the details, especially the skeleton in the casket. |

Ron, you did a great job of bringing out the detail, especially under the staircase, and the color. I looked at doing it in BW, but the color really makes the photo. Graffiti on the wall is the main item, and it's where my eye went. Nicely done. |
