Don't you love Peggy's Cove, it's a great place to take rustic photos. I liked the composition with the reflection of the buldings. However, I adjusted your photo with curves to bring out the clouds and lighten the buildings to give a boost to the photo. I also, took out the electrical wires on the left side. |

Ah...the threes work again. Three opening that capture the viewers eye and leads the viewer through the pictures. I thought the cave was a bit to dark. I used curves to lighten the cave and lighten the area where the people are to draw the viewers attention to them. |

Very Nice! Great composition. I believe I would use curves to darken the shadows and lighten the gold. See below |

Le, this is an excellent composition. I liked the foreground being darker as it draws the viewers eye to the reddish mound and that draws the viewers eye to the mountains in the back. I also, would crop the sky, maybe making the photo 9x16, |

Ron, Welcome aboard, nice to have you with the group.
You've done a nice job of showing a realist small waterfall.
I would like to have seen the three photos you took to get the HDR and the settings for each photo. . What settings did you use in Photomatix to get the final photos. I find the rocks and the waterfall are too similar and tend to merge together. |

I liked the detail of this photo. What settings did you use in Photomatix? What were the original settings on the photos? Was this freehand of taken with a tripod? Nicely done combing three photos.

Wonderful photo of the Parliament Buildings at dusk. Thanks for the happy 4th from one of your neighbors. What were your settings? Did you use a tripod? I might have cropped just a little bit more to get rid of the red tail light at the bottom of the photo. |
