36 Jan 18 Comment Arne, this photo needs a lot of help. I would lighten the side of the building, and the items in front of the buildings which would help the composition. I would crop the photo and eliminate the lone island on the right and some of the space at the bottom of the photo. Question, is that ice on the lake? Fog is really hard to bring out, but I like the fog on the trees and the water in the back of the photo. Jan 13th

46 Jan 18 Comment Nice croping and straightening of the buildings. Again, the halo and the clouds are distracting. Did you take three photos of the buildings? You didn't say! I agree with Jeffrey, perhaps you needed to completly replace the sky. I like some of these old buildings, they have so much character. Jan 13th

46 Jan 18 Comment Jeffery, enjoyed this photo, really liked the way the viewers eye is directed to the lake and then moves toward thre light area infront of the mountains. Liked what you did with your cloning of the clouds. The added detail of the trees, nicely done and I like the way you brought out the fall colors. Jan 2nd
46 Jan 18 Comment Wanda, I like what you have done. The detail you brought out on ther thistle, especially on the edges is outstanding. The only thing I might have done differently is too darken the leaves to bring the thistle out more and make it stand out a little more. The detail on the fallen leavers is really nice. Jan 2nd
46 Jan 18 Comment Paul, your setting of f/6.3 really brings out the stem detail and the detail in the leaves in the front of the photo. I liked the way you reduced the background to emphasis the flower. Very nice. I tried to think of something I might have done different and the only thing I might have done differently is to use f7.4 to get back flower leaves in focus. However, I do like what you have done. 46 Jan 18 Comment Gary, I think you worked hard on this photo, and it shows. I liked the ferns, great detail and color. You lighten the area in the back and brought out the trunks of the trees. I went to the ferns first and then moved up to the falls. Nicely done. Jan 2nd
