Anthony, I liked this photo, I liked the scaffolding. I would have liked to have seen the 3 photos you took to see how you merged them. I find myself not being drawn into the photo, perhaps a little more contrast of the boulders would pull the viewers eye toward the lighthouse. |

Arne, I liked the composition, however, I believe the fog you added isn't working. I would suggest you bracket three photos 0,-1,+2 and then bring them into PS and using layers might have brought out the fog. Your lightening of the foreground works. |

Michael, this is a nice composition. It does what you said, the church leads the viewers eye toward the sunrise. Even your clouds point toward the sunrise. I liked the frame. |

Kim, I really liked this photo. It shows three levels of Death Valley, Sand, Mountains and the Sky. I enjoyed the way you brought out the shadows of the Sand Dunes and the detail of the mountains. The clouds were with you that day, as they lay down over the mountains. Nice work! |

Jeffery, you did a great job of combining the five photos into the final product. I especially liked the final colors, which soften the photo and the outcome. I think you did a very good job of cropping the photo to take away the bright spot on the top. It keeps the viewers eyes on the maid subject. The softness of the final product is done nicely. All-in-all a very nice photo to be proud of. |

Maybe too dark, what do you think? |

Thank everyone for your input. I took you advice and used a neutral density filter to darken the sky. Here's the result. |

Jeffrey, I agee, you just needed to make little adjustments for your purpose. Ignore my attempt to gain a focal point. |

Wanda, I enjoyed this photo, but you may have overdone the colorization of the rock. If your main object is to draw the viewers eyes toward the fern, I believe, I would have kept the green color of the fern and muted the colors of the rock. The fern stems do draw the viewers eye toward the fern as do the dark colors in the rocks. With a little rework it should be used for leading lines. |

Paul, I'm having some issues with this photo. I find myself not being able to find the focal point that you want to direct me. I seem to wander all over the photo. I reworked your photo to try to develop a focal point. Not sure I was able too, but here's my rework. |

Walter, This image worked for several reasons. One your crop was just right. I noticed that you removed the reflection of the other mask, which causes the viewer to keep their attention the little man and frog. I also liked the way you muted the background of the painting and darken the reflection of the little man. The color you used also works and make the figure evenr more interesting. All-in-all, nice work. |

Gary, what a neat find in your office. I really enjoyed the way you positioned it and the way the sunlight illuminates the crystal. I assume the shadows around the crystal are from your window and your placement works. Very nice work! |
