2 Mar 26 Comment Interesting story and lucky shot in the dreary weather. I like the vantage point of being able to see such a large curve. Your editing was great--one of those images you might think about trashing before working it. Without taking away from the fog mood of the image, I wonder how it would look if you masked the bridge and add some contrast, etc. to have it stand out more. Just a thought because I do like it as is. Mar 3rd
2 Mar 26 Comment And that's why castles had towers! I commend you for catching this shot at a perfect time of day to get the beautiful color and beams. I feel it would be too plain any other time of the day. The threesome balance of trees, sun, and tower are perfect! Mar 3rd
2 Mar 26 Comment I love it. This is the kind of photo I would have on my wall because it would go with anything. Maybe not for the guys' offices, but I think it would do well in a home center with wall decor. Maybe even a huge canvas! So beautiful. Mar 3rd

2 Mar 26 Comment I have always been fascinated by this bird with such beautiful plumage. I at last had the opportunity to see a few at a wildlife preserve last year, but they were too far for my lens. Your shot captured what appears to be delicate feathers--something that looks like it should in miniature be in an Easter basket. The various shades of pink are stunning, the bright eye, and soft background! Well done, Mar 3rd
