Thanks, Karen. That makes me feel better that I did not get the iconic image! |

It is difficult for my eyes to grasp what I am seeing. I assume all the curved lines are the terraces where rice is planted. A splendid photo that gives the impression of abstract. |

Thanks, Jim. I wasn't really satisfied with it until I cropped it off-centered. Then it popped to me! |

Thank you. Just fun to make lemonade out of my disappointment. |

What a good image of a laborer with a tough job. I believe you did well in capturing the mode with your small edits. I bet he would have liked to have had a beer on that break in addition to the cigarette! |

Such a beautiful piece of our country. I love Madeline Island and Bayfield. The contrast of the sky, rocks, water, trees are magnificent. In the perfect world a few small puffy clouds would be great, but I always get into trouble when I do that. You might give it a try! |

A beautiful catch. I only wish that the fisherman could be seen better--maybe reduce his shadows some to have him seen a little more like the original. |

I am "blown" away how one can get the bubble at such a distance from the loop. To me this is a one in a million shots with the silhouette, bubble, and sun in just the right position for taking this fabulous shot. And what a beautiful profile of the child. Well done. |
