Hung, I love the colors in this image and its reflection. Since you were not able to get the tip of the roof, I wonder how it would look to crop a little more off the top perhaps just under the orange to make it look intentional. I agree with most to clone out the iris since my eyes go right to it. Your framing looks like a travel poster, which I like. |

You have conveyed a beautiful story. I like your change to basically monochrome that depicts the era. Looks like it would be a cover on a novel! |

Nice capture. I do feel your original might be flat looking, but I do like the change in angle and background done by Dr. V G. Another suggestion would be to change the background to a soft texture. |

I feel you really took advantage of being able to balance the narrow composition. I feel your balance is right on, colors are good. I'd like to have some notecards like this! Beautiful. |

Piers, I feel you were fighting a difficult lighting situation with the light background. I love the leading lines of the beautiful flowers and their colors. I wonder if you could try the graduated filter to tone down the background. |

Sure wish you could tell us how you accomplished this edit. I love the way he is coming to us. A real WOW in my opinion. I would only suggest that his hair be jagged up a little on the top part of his head so that it doesn't have a cut-out look. Hope you can research to tell us the procedure. |
