That's a pretty version of the flower, Hung, but we would have to change it's name. |

If paint could talk! I love the story it shows. The peeling paint, I feel, gives great texture along with the various colors. I like the added curves at the top that the shadows make. I agree that the window should be cropped just to the left to keep only the soft tones. |

Did you get a model release?! You captured a perfect moment that would have been difficult had he known you were taking the picture. His concentration, the lighting on his face, to me, are outstanding. I actually like the microphone that tells more of the story. |

I feel the water flow softness is right on and what you have done with the colors. Having just watched the PSA B&W webinar, this is a perfect example of the different tones needed for B&W. I like the little bush in the lower left that appears to give a reason for the last layer of rock. My eye does want to keep stopping at the greenery in the falling water, but I imagine that would be difficult to clone out. I will just say it gives more character. I would suggest cropping the top lateral framework right at the angled section to take away the busyness of the upper portion. Lovely B&W. |

The warm colors, to me, are so inviting and emphasize the age of the building. The detail is beautiful. I want to go right to that door and knock on it. As what happens so often when I change the perspective, the cropping doesn't always land in the right spot. Perhaps you can clone a little more wall above the door framing. I feel that the door, the main subject, is running away from the picture and would suggest cropping some of the wall off the right side. |

A beautiful silhouette against the morning colors! I imagine that choosing the painterly finish took away from a possible busy background. Is the bridge on a tilt just slightly? No big deal if it is--because only the edge of the monitor showed it. I would like to see an osprey that you might have shot that morning with the sunrise and would love to do that myself. |

Thanks! I recently purchased Topaz Sharpen AI and will have to try my first experiment with this. |

A brave lad, you are, handing over the $20, wondering what others thought! I believe you captured the mood of her life so well. The charred wood to me adds to the story. I love the tone of the colors. I think I would like to see her face without as much definition--just a little less to make it not look overly done. Great set-up. |
