I believe your capturing the winding part of this trail is what made this image pop, pulling my eyes in and back out again. I feel your editing of the color is really good. I wonder if you could have left some of the width to show how steep the sides are while adjusting the colors as you did the cropped "greenery." |

What a lovely idea for a garden. I feel you have the main subject in focus and has good perspective. In my opinion I would crop to the lowest leg, thus eliminating some of the fern in the foreground that is not in focus. I agree with the others that the yellow flowers are a little distracting, as well as the one weed that is in the bark in the left foreground. I think I will look for an old chair at a flea market!

I like how you have almost filled the frame with this beautiful color. The feathers of the wing, to me, are sharp with just enough contrast to give them definition. The lines of the quills draw me to its eye. Lovely! |

I love the colors that your crop has produced with just enough contrast between the foreground and background. The detail of the bee is amazing. I wish he had turned to the front so I could see his eyes (grin), but I like being able to see his striped body. |

Hung, every part of this dancer is so graceful, and I believe you captured it at the perfect time catching her elegant movement. The contrast of her costume with the black background, I feel really sets it off well. You must have a steady hand to have gotten this shot without a tripod and dark stage. I agree with the others to crop some off the right because it has my eye wandering too far from the subject. Great shot. |

I love this action shot and especially the intense expression on each face. I believe your image is sharp and colors vibrant. It's a shame there are so many cars in the background, but I wonder if you toned down the exposure (perhaps with the graduated filter in LR) you might eliminate some of the distraction. Such fun photographing your own children. |
