Steve,
I think you've put IR to VERY good use in this image. How unique in subject matter and technique. Dramatic and impressive image! |

Hi Emil,
A relaxing and calming scene well captured. Sure, you can easily remove the 'stray'...all of us miss those bits from time to time. Toning was a plus for this image in my opinion. |

Hi Henry,
Classic structures well captured in infrared. I'd have made the whole scene bolder by darkening it overall. That's very much a personal preference. |

Charles...it's all been said...well done! Yes, you have a great eye to spy this scene and 'grab it' on infrared! |

Well, Melanie...proof positive you can effectively utilize IR as a technique in bold, bright light! I might have kept the rh foliage as a more balanced composition. You were wise to remove the other distracting subjects. Maybe use Detail Extractor in NIK ColorEfex Pro to get some detail into the sand? |

Classic and effective composition, Arik. Well done with your post-processing. IR really emphasizes the white leaves against a jet black sky. |
