Hi Emil,
How well seen and captured. The square format works well. I like the movement and the mood. If anything, I might have selected the background and blurred it just a touch more than it is now due to depth-of-field. |

Hi Henry...Wow! The elements are all there, and the post-processing is precision. Nicely done. |

Thanks, Henry. I agree...I have SOOOOOOOO many IR's with large, blown out sections due to lens flare...guess it can happen with regular shots too. I took great care to see in the viewfinder and select the exact spot for it not to flare. The smaller aperture helped as well. |

Thanks, Arik...if you're back out this way again, we'll head back together to Parke County! |

Thanks for the feedback, Jack. For me, the tree adds symmetry, and having the bridge, then the starburst, separate from one another is not an issue compositionally. Just my view. |

Good suggestion, Emil. For a print, I'll do precisely as you suggested. Thanks for the feedback. |

Hi Charles,
I really like the mood and the IR effect in this one...it all works for my eye. Lonely and calm...the smoothing of the highlights gives it even more of that mood. Well done. |

Hi Melanie...
Glad you had such a fantastic trip. This is very much IR in my view, and I'd recognize it as such without any description. The underbrush and foliage have turned that special 'white'. Great job on the white whites and the black blacks! I wish two of them weren't merged, but on the other hand, it makes for a very natural scene in the wild. Yes, your sky is perfect IR conditions! |
