Very credibly accomplished, Emil. I like your treatment of the background with the Glamour Glow. One small niggle...might you remove the structure in the upper rh side of the trees? My eye went there immediately. |

Hi Palli,
I never cease to be amazed at the group's choice of subject matter. It certainly speaks well of our diversity of thought and our travels and experiences. You indeed got the 'pop' in the face, and it stands visually strong to my eye. Good choice of the blue toning. Well done, and as you often say, "top marks"! |

I like this a lot, Charles. Nicely done in post. While I wish for more white from the foliage, that's very much a function of where the sun is shining and whether or not you have backlight or frontal lighting. I'm still struggling with colorized infrared, but that's MY problem, not a problem with your rendering of the image! |

Hi Jack,
Well seen! I like the composition just as it is, but as you'll probably expect, I need a bit more contrast and a true 'black' in this image to boost the visual impact. Also, might you consider removing the person with the purse on the left/middle of the frame? |

Nicely done, Arik! A classic composition, and the channel swap has given us a unique rendering of the scene. Kudos for the foreground foliage treatment and the attractive cumulus clouds. |

Hi Melanie,
This image has a great 'first look' appeal to me. Your misty look certainly gives a great deal of visual impact to the scene. This would be a good print to have a 24x36 on the wall! One small niggle...between the V tree and the one to the left as you view the image...the leaves look mottled and out of focus in one spot...might clone back a bit of detail in that area. |
