This is different, and as such I like it very much. Great idea on the masking of the blue eye. I provide you with a second rendition that simply adds some contrast, some blur with Glamour Glow in Nik Color Efex Pro, darkening the corners, and 'cooling' the image with enhanced blue tone. It's not meant so say "better", just to say "another view" of this most interesting subject.		 Nov 3rd

Given the conditions, this is astounding! I like it without knowing about the movement, but it sure adds to the 'story'. I'm not sure that IR per se added much to this as it may have been fine captured in color and converted to pure B&W. In any case, a fine landscape taken "on the fly"!		 Nov 3rd

My first concern was the tight crop at the bottom. Also, for my eye, the large tombstone is unfortunately not your friend in this composition. I checked the Black Point in Levels, and you don't have a pure black anywhere in the scene...see if you agree. The concept and the balance of those two groups of trees is superb, but there's a couple of image issues wiping the gold off this one in my opinion.		 Nov 3rd

I have done these partial-coloring images a lot with IR and am obviously biased. I like this a great deal for the whole presentation--composition, placement, dream-like effect, and visual impact. My only suggestion is to consider also painting the one side wall of the building. Just coloring the window frame on the side appears a bit odd to me.		 Nov 3rd
