Palli...
I think you are 'spot on' with your comment...I worried about the highlight when I uploaded this for the July round...you've confirmed my own views of the image. Here's a toned-down version that might be more appealing. What do you think? |

Hi Emil,
The horse coming toward the camera...tail up...white...really makes this image very strong in my view. A competition image for sure. The whole scene is natural and well seen, and the sepia is a fine addition. |

Palli,
I really like this a great deal. The bold blackness of the sky is filled with impact and visual appeal. Nicely done on moving the cloud! Your composition is superb. |

Very nice, Jack...tranquil, restful. I like the slant in this one because the slope is real as you can tell by the vertical straightness of the oaks. A print of this would be stunning in my opinion. |

Wow! Full marks, Charles, for taking IR to a new level! This is full of impact and grabs you at the very first glance.
One, relatively minor, suggestion...try your best to let us see just a snippet of the chair back so we don't think the right arm is swinging in thin air. |

Melanie,
I really enjoy the colors and how you've switched them around from a pure channel conversion. This has wonderful composition in my view and high impact. But...the tilted horizon line really detracts. I straightened it in the adjusted version...see if you like it better. |
