You've captured it Jack...love it. Contrast? Maybe. It would be interesting to see this as a print and decide just how much/how little contrast added makes for a great print. If you get good blacks and whites...stunning as a print in my view. |

Hi Emil,
Great place to be and to use IR. I simply added a dash of contrast and the Darken/Lighten Center filter from Nik Color Efex with this and added what I believe to be a bit more 'drama' to the scene. See if you agree. |

Wonderful, Palli...I like this very much and am pleased to see you do an abstract. I think you do need to title it, especially if you want to enter it in a salon...something like Light, Shape, Shadow.
You used some very effective techniques in my view to take this to an image with impact. |

Charles,
What a great time and place for IR. The only thing I'd like to see is a little more level horizon. See the adjusted version I've attached. Great leading lines and composition, aided by an IR sky and a compelling, tranquil mood. |

Hi Ernie,
Whatever you did to the sky...it's magical. I like this scene/image very much...great lead down the street to the cathedral. Good blacks and contrast. I have nothing to say to improve it...well done. |

Melanie,
As you might surmise, this is MY KIND of IR. Love it. Keeping the old building and tree in the center is a wonderful example of breaking the 'rules' for good reason! Here's a VERY modest adjustment...I set LEVELS to give a stronger white and black. See if you like the very subtle difference... |
