I shall not be late in commenting on your image this Round! I really enjoy the title and what it represents...a hodgepodge indeed! Nicely seen, very subtle, and to my eye an image with impact. What if we Content Aware Fill that large sky reflection? The highlight takes my eye away from the rest of the image. I mildly darkened this image about 8% and added a dash of contrast. Your color IR's are just a delight to look at sir! Love the blue and the browns. Nicely done on bringing up some detail in the siding and lowering noise. You are just a little 'tight' on the roof upper rh side...but it's not a show stopper. Well done.		 Jul 2nd
66 Jul 19 Comment I'm jealous of the Palouse trip with IR, Jack...and this image only makes me more so. I wouldn't change a thing, and I love the power lines. Normally we're trying to avoid or clone them out of the scene...here they are an essential part of the composition.

Ok, because I COULD, I mildly cropped this, set Levels, added Detail Extractor to the sky area only and boosted contrast. The DE addition showed up some dust which I cloned out, albeit quick and dirty. It is just another interpretation to show the lines in even more contrast to the sky. 		Jul 2nd
66 Jul 19 Comment I like this very much, Melanie. What first appears as digital noise on the wings is the texture itself, and that's totally normal. I love the ethereal feeling that IR has created. It is tack sharp and has high impact in my view. Well done! Jul 2nd
