48 May 19 Comment For this image I used a Photoshop Gaussian blur filter. Masking for blur in photoshop can a be tricky depending on the level of blur selected. I have found you need a very crisp mask with minimum feather or you will get a hallo around the subject. Some hallo effects with a strong blur may be unavoidable. In these cases, a change in the blend option may yeild a good outcome or manually blending the edges with the clone brush may yield a good result. May 14th
