A thumbs up indeed. I like the b&w and it's tone. I like the mysterious element as most attention is on the woman whose face we cannot see. Does the included cropped version help invite the viewer into the scene? |

Although the people in cable car are interested in the game below, we cannot see them. I am unable to alter image. I like the activity and if I could I would crop cable car out and bring the viewer closer to the game. I find the fence a distraction and an f/stop adjustment would blur the fence and focus on the members of the game. |

Interesting, the 20% setting. So many times I work to remove and leave trace blemishes. Thank you for the hint. Removing the pole was a good change. |

Your comments helped me remember the moment and there is much I could have done had I stopped and concentrated on the elements and composition. Too quick with the trigger. I was once given a helpful tip: in a clock like fashion look at all the details and distractions. |

Jim, with the action and smiles you caught a spirited and joyful moment. A celebration? I think more space above the boy would have helped bring our attention to the boys face and eyes. Presently, I'm drawn to his shoes and the supporting hands below. Another interesting component is the reflection which helps identify its location. |

Issac, the image is sharp and wonderfully composed. Very nice.
A tip of the hat gesture or a windy day, no matter as it adds extra interest and the men in the background add life to an otherwise solitude moment. The fence helps identify it as an urban street and it is an excellent example for us to better understand the justaposition. I add: your images of Israel ALWAYS capture me and give me a peak into the life and beauty of Jerusalem. |
