Isaac said "I like her attitude." Absolutely!
Daring one to "bring it on."
I think street photography that captures the viewer in ways that stir the senses, be it taste, smell or feel is a good street photograph. Each time I view the image I chuckle and I've seen b&w where the only color shown is red. Perhaps Isaac might know how to process again leaving the streak of red. |

Indeed, the gosh darn clutter ruined the image. Had I asked the subjects permission and remove the clutter I believe I would have lost the authentic affection. After capturing the photo I did identify myself and my purpose a "form of art" and offered to delete photo if desired. The thoughtful critiques are helpful and appreciated. |

Isaac, this image has special meaning as it brings back so many wonderful memories. As a young Marine with family we lived in Japan for three years. Thus, I know exactly where this photo was taken. Americans, especially blondes attract the young who wish to practice their english. The woman's hair is highlighted nicely by the sun and Motion ... a wonderful image of birds in motion. |

Gloria, this is a fun image to study for I am drawn into the picture by all the shapes. The cardboard subject is framed by many vertical lines and placed in front of a vertical pillar. The reflections of buildings and scaffolding's and those shapes add even more interest. |

As previously stated by Isaac, the brick wall contrasts with the delicate soft sleeping angel. I see the black and white art set against texture, lines and shapes. And the shadows! Great! I did play with cropping and I believe the centered subject works best with this photo. I wonder if taking a step (or two) back would have been possible. By doing so we might see more space around the image as cropping it (I believe) brings the photo in even closer. The shadows, shapes and texture make this work nicely. Great capture. |
