Yes, the text is distracting. We often suggest cropping out distracting features of our photos when getting closer to the subject might produce better results. Still, this is a great image in bith b & w and color. I think I would like to see more space in front (to the right) of the peeking young child. |

Here I see the backs of two people and another holding his nose. The story I. Getting is that the wine has a strong and unpleasant odor? And then I see something I have trouble seeing. Red! With this I confess ... I'm color blind. For me, because I cannot see the faces I cannot see the story. |

A warrior gripping his sword and ready for battle. Indeed, the unfinished work tells a story. Good composition and I like the the soft lines of the cape against the hard shiny lines to the steel blade. The darkness of the pavement does help to make for a woeful feeling. |

Here I see two men whose world; for the moment, seems to exist inside the vehicle. Perhaps somber while looking outside. They then form a frame of sorts where we are drawn to the center and find another face in a mirror. All the shapes and lines help make for an interesting image. A sort of triangle is formed between the two men and the many rectangular shapes of the steel tubing all help to frame the face in the mirror. Faces, a wonderful image that leads me to wonder what they might be thinking. |
