Boys joyfully playing in the mud. Perhaps the cheering child is proudly observing big brother winning a game. A great image inviting me into the scene. I like both versions and the first softer image is more appealing and not sure why. |

In this newly cropped version my eye follows comfortably follows a diagonal line from bottom left along the 'tiles' of the floor, to the piano. A quick view of the harbor and I settle back on the piano.
Very, very nice. |

Hi Isaac and thank you for the helpful edits. I do not see the lens flare ... please point it out for me. Thank you. |

Striking! The architectural diagonal lines of the staircase adds so much interest. I too prefer Gloria's cropped version as it moves the column sculpture out of center. Great catch and thank you for sharing. |

Gloria, I see an interesting gentleman dressed in leather whose attention seems to be directed to something happening across the street. Cuffed trousers and long tipped shoes with one toe appearing to almost tap the textured brick walk way. I've cropped the image to remove an interesting yet distracting store front which now move our subject back further into the image.

A toy store and indeed a dangerous place for some of us who easily justify a new purchase. There is much to love about this photo with window advertisement of the "new", architectural window reflections and even the cross walk. I wish to learn why you chose not to convert to black and white. |

Liz, another piece of art and I'm loving your work. The square tile like shapes in the floor work as leading lines. The bright background and bridge causes my eye to quickly move off the piano and I think more light on the piano would help keep the eye on the central subject. |
