Not sure I understand about creamy backgrounds Donna. I just responded to what my reaction was about a good bird photo. No negative criticism intended.

WOW I agree it could be a painting and it in a way Mervyn is painting with light !!
HDR points are lily correct I am no expert there. I am learning a bit using NIKS tools. It is a great work. Cheers |

Tigers are great at hiding in weeds and trees and this amazing looking fellow is doing a great job with the grass stem. I am for leaving it in. Great picture the ears back indicates he is really engaged with he environment Well done!!! |

A red eyed critter is always tough. The bird is Amazing however the background is too "noisy" for me. nice touch catching the head plume!! |

Great stuff Candy the green reminds me of the NZ native Flax fons. Always interesting how the reverse image can look so much better
