Common Goldeneye great Duck !!!! I agree with the ladies....The perspective is good and it would be amazing to highlight the bird more. Have you seen the Barrow's goldeneye?? cheers |

I am with Brenda the tone is warm but the effect is good. the intensity of the eye the bubbles the feather sharpness I like it. (and I am glad I am neither fish nor frog) |

Well done ...White birds are tricky good call on the manual expo technique. Herons and egrets are early nesters . I forget you're heading towards Spring |

Great shot!!! the reflection the visibility through the water and the "delight" in the eye ready to enjoy the meal captures clarity and sense of action ....NICE |

Thanks. Here is another shot of the same bird that reveals more of the habitat. If I had more of Candy's skills I might try reducing the rush that touches the breast and the twig that bisects that neck (thankfully in the background) There shots were from about 10m away. cheers |
