33 Jan 20 Comment Great composition. Have you tried tone mapping in this shot? Another suggestion is highlight and shadow adjustments in Photoshop. I think you can pull out some detail in the big shadow. (If this was mine, I would also crank up the reds in saturation.) Jan 10th

85 Jan 20 Reply One hazard to this game (which has cost me some drones) is failed communication between the control unit and the drone. We get GPS for navigation, but must rely on line of sight radio for the flight controls.

The cool places I have found would provide more dramatic images if I could fly the drone lower to the ground at the sites. But, can't do it due to break up in the radio waves controlling drone flight. For this subject, I am several hundred yards away on broken terrain with the subject downhill from me in the trees. The Paulson Farm was the same problem at a distance of almost 1 mile. Still, it is better than no flights at all.		 Jan 20th
