Your experiment with B&W turned out better than mine. Still, I think this scene needs the colors. BP |

Black and White works well with this subject. Wish there was a way to minimize the garage. |

Well done. I lived in Seattle for 50 years, and got my share of time at Veterans Cemeteries when I rode with PGR and did MIAP work. Been here a few times with camera, also.
Attached is an IR shot from December 2014 for your amusement. |

I think, as presented, the cloud reflections in the foreground are a complication. Otherwise, great image. |

Thank you, Lisa. The replacement drone was an eBay special. It turns out the replacement wasn't represented accurately by the seller. It came pretty much dead on arrival. I've sent the replacement drone to a repair shop in Seattle. Now, wait and see......
So, any opinions on the new Mavic Pro 2 -v- the Phantom 4 Pro? The new camera looks tempting.

Good suggestion. Will have to figure out the technique in Post production, since I'm shooting with a wide angle lens.
Might be as simple as dodging and burning.
BTW: The Phantom 4 took a flight into the Twilight Zone, two days ago, and did not return. Replacement is on the way, I think. |
