Lovery image. I like it. Detail is OK. Only one thing: I would add some middle range contrast. |

Image is OK. I would remove the the "thing" on the right, as Marti did and make more contrasty as she did. |

You did great job removing people! Composition is great. Very nice image. Perhaps I would make it darker om the right side. |

I think, as mamy others, that the barn should be cropped on the left side. Other think is, I would desaturate the image, but it is a matter of estetics. Other wise the image is great. |

Beautiful image. I would only ask the horses to rise their heads to make the image even more attractive, LOL.
Re. Jerry. True, the image has an autumn feeling, an autumn harmony in color. The corresponding temperature should be, in northern Europe, would be about 18 - 20 C. |

Hi, first I have to say: to make 4x5 photo is a pain. It takes 15-20 minutes to be ready, with one. In this case all photos were done in close to 100 F temperature. As you say it is almost a high key image. I wanted to include the strong light, high temperature and Italian atmosphere in the image. At the end, the quality of the photo depends on lab and the scanner. The film i used is a positive film which needs to be very exactly exposed. Thank you for comments.

The stone formation is too light, too detailed? I would make bigger contrast between the stone and the plant. I like it! |

Welcome to Group. It has mysterios feeling. Is it not too dark? I lack the main point of interest. I would concentrate on down part and make the rest of the image less sharp? |

Minimalistic style... I like silhouettes. It reminds me some asiatic prints or theater. Great! |

Is it not oversharpened? The black "shadow" in the middle draws atten from the model. Otherwise very good. |

4x5 is fun but the weak point is the scanner. You can get more than 50mp if you use a right scanner. Good scanner can be very expensive. The other point is the way you develop the negative. |
