I try to make this photo more interesting. I thing it is better, now. The leg is still a problem. What do you say? |

The last version is the best one. This typical but difficult situation shows that you would need Tilt Shift Lenses. |

I love humor in this image. Perhaps neck could be darker, otherwise perfect. |

I started with original. Light background corresponds well with light on the wings. It was a good decision to make it darker but on the other hand the bird looks a bit isolated just now. The light has no continuation anywhere. Still, it a great job. |

For it is a beautiful shot. The black background makes it even better. Fine job. |

Marti and Jerry, I agree. I could crop in on the left side |

I have recomposed the photo. It is true, the composition would be better after moving the leg to the right. I don't publish the resulting image because I don't have time, at the moment, to totally remake it. Thank you for suggestions. Thank you Raymond, you were first to point it out. I try to repeat this shot if I ever again be in Venice. Question is if the lens I have would be enough. |

Thank you Mike, if we look at the stock photos from Venice showing these horses (it is a well know shot) we would not find one showing the horses and the bell. I could not find one. I wanted to have a bell in perspective, to get the bell between the hoof and the leg, shooting up. I agree it distracts the other horse but we have bell instead. The photo is not manipulated in Photoshop but I try to change it over week-end and send you a new proposition.
Here comes some examples found in photo agencies: (http://www.alamy.com/stock-photo/st-marks-horses.html) (we have no bell) and (http://www.masterfile.com/image/en/700-00477111/The-Four-Bronze-Horse-Statues-in-Front-of-the-San-Marco-Basilica-San-Marco-Venice-Italy) (http://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-torre-dellorologio-and-bronze-horses-from-basilica-balcony-piazza-96341121.html). This angle is very difficult. I will try it again, if I will be there again. |

I think it could be better if I would remove the light from the right leg of the foreground horse. I see a slight problem with the leg distructing the head of the second hourse. But if I changed the engle I would miss the bell. |

Raymond, the photo is take from a balcony. You are right, I would need a drone but on the other hand composition is OK. |

Ed, I am not sure. I should try to make left side darker? |

Great photo, I would move the man closer to the left and crop the right. At the moment I cropped it other way. |

Great photo but I would crop the top. Why it is so unclear (heavy)? Can you show color version? Perhaps make the top lighter (or try darker). |

Hi-end photo. Impressive. The only thing is palms. They "fly", they are not attached. |

I agree, I should not leave the hanging part. I darkened the left side, it looks like not enough. |
