Good catch on the reflection. I totally missed it. |

I too find reflections in water fascinating. I prefer a slow shutter speed to soften the water, but your choice really works as it adds texture to the image. I suggest removing the fish rise and cropping the bottom. The color pallet is pleasing to the eye! |

I find the sidewalk and shadows of the tree frame the entrance of the building. My eyes quickly go to the bright light at the end of the sidewalk, which I feel takes away from the subject. The exposure is perfect for a night time photo. |

The crop works well as it provides leading lines from the stems all the way back to the purple flowers. I feel the softness takes away from the image. I'd like to see it sharp. I agree with Joe on removing the leaf at the bottom and red flower at the top. Fun creativity! |

The angle you shot this is spot on as it offers the eye several leading lines to follow from the pavement and up the side of the building. On the B&W, I'd like to see the white specs on the pavement to give it a true black effect. I like both versions, but prefer the color! |

What a delightful pallet of colors! The crop choice and softness of the image nicely frame the core focal point. Nicely done! |

I have found Topaz Sharpen to result in pretty surprising results. This is definitely the case with your image. Great a choice! I find the purple and black contrast very striking. The black background definitely makes the Iris pop! Well done. |
