I am a sucker for old barns and buildings. I like the composition and processing of the image as is. I agree the poles and road in the corner need cloned. I'd also consider cloning out the rock in the middle, since my eye tends to be drawn there first. |

The image is titled "Stairs," so I would place more emphasis on the stairs. Lighten them just a touch and then add contrast to emphasize each step. Slightly darken the first arch so the tonal change is slight from the first arch to the last. Clone out the dark crack on the right. Leave the bright spot at the top and maybe lighten the steps a little more at the top. |

My choice is the B&W! I feel it tells the story the best of the old days gone by. With a little more contrast and tonal adjustments it will be spot on. Have you ever used NIK Silver Effects? It is a killer program for B&W. |

What a fun way to change up a photo. You have given me ideas of what to do with all my cloud shots! |

Since the actor(s) in the image are the headstones. I will offer two suggestions. Crop image to a panoramic, lift the shadows and drop the highlights in (LR). Darken the trunk of the tree on the left, straighten the horizon, and bump up the contrast a little.
The other suggestion is to return to Arlington with a telephoto lens on a tripod, shoot vertically focusing only on the leading lines of the headstones. Start on the left and take multiple overlapping shots and ending on the right. Then merge the photos in LR as a panoramic. |

I am with Belinda...love, love old rusty, crusty stuff. What I enjoy most about this image is the different lines that take my eyes on an adventure. The contrast really beefs up the crustiness. The colors define the task endured. The only thing I suggest to make this eye popping perfect is to darken the bright area in the top left and lower right. |

I deeply appreciate the feedback. I will apply the recommended changes. The 3' x 6' tryptic the bank has chosen will crop it naturally. It goes to print this afternoon. |
