25 Apr 19 Comment Another version I came up with by cropping and rotating the image. Apr 21st
25 Apr 19 Reply That is an interesting idea. Apr 21st
25 Apr 19 Reply Here is the version I envisioned after the B&W suggestion. I also took it into Silver Efex Pro and blackened some of the rectangles using the adjustment brush in LR. Apr 21st
25 Apr 19 Reply They are pretty abundant in our area anyhow, maybe not so much in your area. Not to argue about the subject but here is a line from Wikipedia about the mourning dove-
Mourning dove
Animal
The mourning dove is a member of the dove family, Columbidae. The bird is also known as the American mourning dove or the rain dove, and erroneously as the turtle dove, and was once known as the Carolina pigeon or Carolina turtledove. It is one of the most abundant and widespread of all North American birds.

25 Apr 19 Reply Thanks for the black and white version. I do like it in B&W. I think you gave me an idea to also try blackening the sky with this image. Apr 19th
25 Apr 19 Reply I recently went to an Art Wolfe presentation after I had taken this image and he inspired me to think outside the box. I was going for an artist look of triangles, squares, etc rather than just an image of a building at an airport. Not everyone sees images in the same way (nor should they?). I like the image and that is really all that matters. Art Wolfe said that he has never entered a competition and he has always created images that he likes (and doesn't worry about pleasing others). I tend to agree with that philosophy. Apr 19th
25 Apr 19 Comment Great job removing the branch. Since Doves are a pretty common subject I thought that trying to make it look a little different would be worth a try. I put it into Silver Efex Pro to convert to b&w and to Luminar to paint in some whiteness back into the breast feathers. I'm not sure I like what I created but thought it may give you some different ideas that could tried out on your own if you wanted to. Apr 19th
25 Apr 19 Comment Love the composition of this. My eye moves from the foreground patterns in the water to the pink trees and up to the light colored monument, which is positioned off center to the right. The enhanced pink does add to the image in my opinion. Nice image. Apr 19th
25 Apr 19 Comment Wonderful subject. All sorts of options out there for adding backgrounds etc. to the image. The one you choose seems to work nicely...

25 Apr 19 Comment Love the Starburst and the light projecting out from it (which I feel is the subject). Nicely seen.
