Nice, same lens that I love to shoot with. |

Not easy capturing a butterfly at such a close distance (assuming it was because of the focal length). I like your choice of cropping. The green plant behind the butterfly is a little distracting for me. You could either try darken it down or make the entire background black (since the butterfly has a white edging to give it a separation). |

What a great subject and a nice capture of the action of the eagle. Cropping this would probably make the detail fade a bit so I would probably leave it as is. I like the change to bluish water vs brownish. What were the lens used and fine details of shutter speed, iso etc? |

I like what you captured and it should make a nice keepsake picture for your family album. The flying leaves adds interest to this for me. The large hand in the front is the only thing as a photographer that catches my critique's eye. Using a longer lens shot at a further distance would probably make the hand more proportional. Overall a very nice image. |

Nicely balanced capture of a wonderful subject. My eye wanders a bit and goes to the white lights. You could try adding some dark vignette around the edges to help bring the viewers eyes inwards to the golden area. Overall a very nice image. |

Nice capture of a candid scene. To improve this maybe darken the brown door behind them. Also, nice catch eye in both your subjects. |

I really like this image. At first glance I wasn't quite sure what to think because it was a "back end" shot which I usually don't like but the kid popping his head out to look at you is what really makes this. Nicely processed.

Thanks Vincent. It was hand held. The Wood Ducks generally don't like you close to them so a long lens is a plus capturing them. |
