Great job of seamlessly stitching the pics together. The tiny figures at the right really add to the overall composition (especially the person in red) by giving a human presence while giving an idea of the scale of the area. I always like a picture that demonstrates how overwhelmingly large and powerful nature can be. Considering the windy conditions, I'm a little surprised that there wasn't more spray. Great photographic effort! |

Well done composition. I like the way the falls are entirely 'contained' within the image, and the trees at the bottom frame the flow of the water very nicely. Subtle 'S' shape in the falls. Good job! |

Unusual and effective horizontal orientation. The hint of a bridge at the background top adds to the composition. One hot spot at the base of the falls at the bottom. Overall good color balance except perhaps the water is a bit too blue. |

You've captured an interesting arrangement of the water and the rocks -- actually there is a rather unique rule of thirds here. As well, there is a Zen quality to your image -- simple, while having an unbalanced balance about it. This could make a nice poster. It could also make a nice table top fountain. |

Nice color balance, relaxing, serene view. Maybe, because of the brightness of the stream, the composition is weighted a bit too much to the bottom. |

Nice and sharp, considering the slow shutter speed. Very good depth of field as well. Could you have gotten any closer? Very well done, but maybe you could crop in some more, that's if the resolution of the original would permit. |

I pretty much agree with the comments of Cindy and Bruce, but I would just add that you might crop down from the top as well. |

In any of the other frames in this series did the camera capture the bird's head in more of a profile/side angle, rather than having the head facing the camera? This would have made clearer the bird's holding its prey. That's assuming you were using a 10 second burst rate. Good capture. |

Good color balance. I like the way the bird is left of center of the composition but is looking to the right. The surrounding natural habitat is well presented. Since the subject (or the main subject anyway) is the Crane perhaps it could be given more prominence by cropping in. I believe there is a very popular spot for photographing Cranes in Nebraska as well. |

Nice, sharp, image, with fine detail in the eye. Maybe a little bit overexposed and lacking in saturation, especially in the greenery. Crop in from the left a bit? |

I felt like I had to head for cover when I first opened the picture up! Great capture. The head is perfectly caught, as well as the chaos caused by the water bubbles and splashing. Just wondering out loud -- if the water is 'frozen' shouldn't the wings be too? Matter of preference, I guess. Also, would a more vertical crop work out? Very well done! |
