Good capture.
I would have cropped tighter. I find the reds to bright and they bring my eye right to them taking away from the main subject.
You might try to use f 22 with a higher ISO. This would give you increased depth of field as well as posibly a hiher shutter speed.
Additional noise might beable to taken care of with software sush as Nik. |

I love it. Good job.
In my opinion it is a much stronger picture. |

I like the diagonal line of the mt. The climbers are in the right position.
Very difficult to get the texture in the snow. You might try burning in the area or cloning some of the detailed area into the overexposed whites to add some texture.
Nice moment. Wish I was there, |

Great mood.
I might try to darken the top of the picture to add more detail in the windows and bring the eye back to perfect placement of the woman.
Well done |

You caught the moment. Three seems to be the majic number it works.
I might try to clone out the railing on the top. It adds nothing to the picture and is a slight distraction |

You nailed it. Great capture. Composition right on, You caught the mood perfectly.
To be ultra picky, I might crop a little off the top to bring you right into the lovely face.
I love the slight diagonal. |
