Since your eye goes to white - first - I would crop more on the people to get rid of all that white. That may help to dig into the shadow detail which is lacking. That may not be possible. Try boosting that ISO to get away from the softness. |

In my humble opinion this shot would be better if converted to BW. Not for the reason of street photography but for the color in the people subtracting from the subject which is the fountain. Yes, that white spot should be blended (clone stamped) with the fountain spray. People legs are all cut off. |
