Thought about cropping to make duckies stand out, then did not as I liked the rocks leading your eye into the picture while telling more of a story. Many thanks. |

Cindy, the monochrome is a nicer photograph due to the shadow detail and contrast. Clouds are well done and appropriate. I like the vertical lines. I probably would have added a bit of vignetting, |

A dull and dimly lit image in my opinion. It needs more chiaroscuro. Where is the original? |

Shadows of the center hand rail are interest and draw the eye into the picture. You got is sharp front to back. Good work. |

Lorna, Im with you both images have different interest qualities. The mono is a wall hanger for sure. I glad you didn't crop it more. No help needed here.

Many thanks. I do not walk very far these days and use a cane. Therefore, I stop and park somewhere and wait for something interesting to happen. I was standing near the river leaning on a fence and saw this event breaking up. This didn't last too long and I was lucky to capture about a dozen shots. I liked this one the best. Here he is in the water. I shot 478 images. |

Agree, so adorable it is a great street shot. To me the girls dress is too bright and takes over. This one is a great candidate for BW so I took it into Luminar Neo and converted it. That brought out more detail of the monkey and solved the wonkey green. Just another point of view. |

A great street portrait. What I see is pride of his workmanship. To my eye sharpness of the mans eye is key. Let the rest fall where it may. I just had to take it into Luminar Neo and convert to BW. It is quite amazing how you have control of the entire image colors. Here is my version. I made it square to match the one piece of art in the background. |

Your description is excellent. Isn't it fun to make a picture of someone who has you figured out. Great street shot with lot's of interest. BW is best for all street photography. |

Thanks, Beth. The mans positive emothin is what interested me. Probably could have used a larger f/stop. I never thought about it, though. |

Very interesting and a good street shot. The guy has you nailed which really makes the story. I want to see more of his face in BW. The roght side windows are part of the story telling. To me the original image without cropping is best. Here is my try. |
