Cindy, you always find such interesting things to photograph. Great detail and interest in searching around the image. Technical aspects are perfect as is. |

Reflections really make this photo in my opinion. Agree with Cindy that the individual in back is distracting. I would darken the skaters uniforms in your conversion process. They need the contrast similar to the original.

You certainly found the right post processing to bring out the detail probably close to as seen with your eye. Print it and hang it. |

A very interesting piece to explore for contrast and composition. I think you did the best compromise between contrast and detail. |

Great capture with sharpness, contrast and composition perfect. I love the fact you did all this at 1/40th - steady hand. I'm a Fujifilm shooter too. |

Taking your advice I opened the original in the latest Luminar Neo software and started over. There is a Powerline Removal tool and it is magic. Took all of 30 seconds to remove the light poles. And, Karl, I made the cars go away as well. This Luminar Neo is pretty amazing. That would have taken a whole lot more time in PS. Cindy, Brightened the foreground. There is a tool specifically for that. Did I make the sky too dark? |

Hi, thanks for the comments. OK i'll work on removing the light poles. Just so you know, I did not find them distracting. It's the old documentary photographer thing coming out, ha.

While shooting this I thought the same thing about the shadows. This game is so fast. I'm going back next Sunday if the weather cooperates. |

Great street shooting. This has everything of interest. A very sharp and well composed image for sure. You might try making it monochrome and see what it looks like. |

Catching the action is not easy. You did great with a video frame capture. The other choice is set your camera on continuous and let it rip as fast as the camera will go. Good work with all the technical stuff. A fun image.

Interesting image to see all the busses together. It is sharp and well exposed. Well Done. Too bad there are no passengers milling around which would make it even more interesting and, would tell a story. |

Lou, you did a great job of recovering an underexposed image. Good job. This is a great example of why to include the original. Good work. Don't change a thing.

Dodgeball you try to hit another player. Handball is hitting the ball with your hand against a wall. That black spot is the ball going very very fast.
