Symmetry of the legs make this image in my opinion. Color, Contrast and, sharpness are spot on. I do like the cropping for composition. Good work.

Sepia works very well in my humble opinion. Agree, the texture is key. Suggest a higher ISO just for funzies. The light angle is just right. Make a print.

What a great image showing the power of the water. I sure am happy you did not do a time exposure as that would ruin the story this tells. If you were making a print ISO 100 is OK although higher may work better for purpose of publishing online.

Monochrome works well for this image. It is sharp and contrast perfect. I do not see any cropping although I may be wrong. You can feel the power of the water. Good job.

Cindy, Andy is my son. We just had too much fun looking at these old tools. An interesting fact is my grandfather made the toolbox by hand with these tools. A lost art. Many thanks for your kind comments. |

Got it, you did capture his emotion. I feel he is wondering what he can say that would change the opposition.

Its a pretty fuzzy image for my taste. Grainy. Suggest softening the vignette as it is a little much. Watermarks are distracting and really do nothing to protect your art. Just saying. Wondering what the original looked like. |

An action shot too. That knife looks dangerouss. I cannot offer help, leave it as is. Good eye street capture. You had that great Fujifilm in hand and ready to go! |

Action, camera! You caught it. I am wondering what the black guy is thinking. Which side is he on. What was the protest all about? Suggest boosting you ISO to around 1600. That Sony A7 sould be able to handle that. |

Softness of this image in not distracting to my eye. I dont know why you stopped the lens down to f/14. It would be successful at wide open if you focused on her right eye. Exposure, contrast ar good. Good job in straightening the vertical lines. You might try adding a vignette next time. Use of ISO 1600 is fine. |
