To me, I love the lighting of this image. The viewer can identify that it is a sunny day but the hot spots did not take away the detail and sharpness in the foreground nor background. You might want to contact a local newspaper and she if they will publish and get a photo credit. If I was an editor, I would publish. |

To be honest, I favor the original image with the mountains in the background. My thought would be if you were going to include that many Cranes in the shot, then include the background too. However, If you were to focus on the 2 that is given the most action, then do your crop |

I personally like the gray tone image. I realize that some images may convey a symbolism of a thing or person. I think what makes the image stand out would be the deep shadows of the stick. |
