70 Sep 18 Comment Shooting conditions were calm, no wind, on a low tripod. Perhaps I submitted the image before checking that lens correction was applied; I continued to edit to add depth to the field.

70 Sep 18 Comment I find the shutter speed chosen captured the foreground waterfall in joyful, light, happy splashes. A refreshing change from the now usual smooth soft water. Not only is the water falling downwards, it's jumping towards the viewer. Very nice.
There's another lovely waterfall in the mid ground, but I particularly like the distant mountain range & big puffy clouds peeking out above it all.
The trees and the bridge walkway to the left help frame and ground the falls. I would just burn or darken the bridge a bit.
Photography is about dealing with problems; loved your story and your solution works! Congrats. Lovely.		 Sep 27th
70 Sep 18 Comment Lovely sunset over a flooded grassy streambed with a pair of trees balancing the composition. The dark tree to the left and the peak of the sunset colors to the right juxtapose each other and add to this sense of balance. The blush of color to the clouds above and their reflections in the water below reinforce this balance.

For editing suggestion I would work towards adding more of a sense of depth; either through tonal adjustments or burning and dodging small areas of the image.		 Sep 27th
70 Sep 18 Comment Peaceful tranquil forest scene with the light diffusing through the tree leaves and onto the somewhat open fern ground cover. To me on my monitor it's a bit too yellow-green and flat.

Frans edit with the darker greens and trunks brings more depth and contour to the image. 		Sep 27th
70 Sep 18 Comment How lucky to catch the Golden Gate Bridge in mist and clouds and then to have a seaplane pop out above it is just fantastic. Great capture!

There is something about the range of tonality of the clouds that seems a little wonky & unnatural to me; perhaps it's an effect of NIK; I'm not sure. The blue sky is a bit strong for me.		 Sep 27th
