Agree with Lamar. Shooting on tripod with wide open aperture try to have your focus subjects (flower and buds) on the same plane; these buds appear shorter and therefore aren't sharp.
An easy rule to remember is take 1/focal length, in this case 1/55, and that is the slowest speed you can hand hold that lens and still be sharp if focused correctly. |

Many years I've driven Rt 17 within 1.5 miles of this special spot and I never knew it existed. I'll be back. Great afternoon shooting there. |

I like the exposure on the falls and the right side but find the left side needs brightening up. Very nice view reward for your hike!
Good points Pierre on dealing with breezes and long exposures. Thanks. |

Nice outcome Pierre; great detail. Mirrored reflection is lovely. Wonder what it looks like in B&W?
Nits to me is the distracting bird at the center top that doesn't add to the scene; same for the yellow/white objects on left side. |

Lovely time of day; lavender tint to the sky full of interesting clouds. Islands of grasses inundated with water creates many leading lines back into the scene providing a nice sense of depth. Good flow for the eye to study. Very nice. |
