I love those clouds, mountains and the vee notch which draws my eye to that magic third in the composition. The lighting is beautiful. the lady in my estimation is somewhat of a distraction, but I would probably leave her in the scene - she does give perspective to the overall expanse of the shot - nicely done. |

Certainly is colorful and contrasty - pretty sharp too, but I have to agree with the previous comments that the foreground bird is a little confusing - I'd like to see those other images. |

Nice one Shirley - I actually like your original shot with the upward perspective - adds a sense of height. There was some brightness on the bottom of the shot, but I'm sure you could handle that, and you put the lights out very nicely. It's a very nice take on a historical landmark. |

Very well done Harry - comical and yet well composed and technically on target - good one. |

Wow - you guys are tough this month. I will be more conventional from now on - I might just try a subject in focus and blur the rest. |

In my opinion, Amparo, this is a very well composed and processed shot. Not that the color image was bad in any way, but converting to a sepia allows the viewer to concentrate on this gentleman's countenance - eye contact was immediate with me - a very nice portrait. I must give this technique a try. |
