Hi Kathryn. That is a good suggestion. That morning was very cold and the early, ambient light had a bit of blue in it. I think I like your version better than mine. |

Thanks for your comments, Glen. I wanted to include enough of the environs to show where these swans live - out in the country as opposed to a city park. If the feature were intended to be only the elegance of the swans, then your suggestion is a good one. |

Then it would not be a landscape, which is the focus of this group. |

The background on this image is very nice with the belt of mountains on the horizon and the mountain peak just in view behind the tree, and the colorful, low cloud wisps.Very nice!
Sorry I am late to the party.I missed this image on my first editing session.
Kind regards,

The notch through the trees presents an ideal, natural view corridor - well seen and captured! Comparing to your December image is somewhat comparable settings, this one is a much more interesting and stronger image due to the compositions, IMHO. |

Really exciting and dynamic run of rapids. Your pov is nice and low to the water. It feels like you have some room to reset the white point to get a bit more sparkle to the water. |

Must be just about the ideal light for this iconic, western scenery! Print and frame this one! |

Nice scenery! I agree with Pierre that it is too closely shaved both top and bottom. |

Feels like a death defying point of view until one realizes this is the drone that is hanging on the precipice! Sidelighting on the beach picks up the wave action well. This is surfing country - picking up a group of surfers would spice this image up! |
