I love this image! This photo is very well composed, especially considering the suddenness of what you had to work with. Excellent sharpness and depth of field. The story line is great! Thanks for sharing! |

This is a great image! I like the sharpness of the horse's head, especially his eye. The flies, though emotionally bitter for what the horse has to deal with, shows the reality of this image. I agree that the background may be a little too bright and may need to be darkened somewhat. Excellent image...thanks for sharing! |

I like this photo. The shallow depth of field is not an issue to me as it was intentional and also as a result of the conditions you had to work with. I like the creativity here as well. As to the yellow bloom of the one flower, I personally like this as a part of the photo as I am a firm believer that there may be more than one point of interest in an image. Thanks for sharing this! |

Excellent photo! I like how sharp and clear this bird is as well as the perfect depth of field. The color is crisp and clear. One cannot tell that there was a tether to this bird. I also will now look into more PS tools, especially the one you used here. Thanks for sharing this great photo! |

Great image! The monochrome is perfect for this photo as it captures the character of this individual. The sharp detail throughout is spot on. His eyes look intense, which you have brought out very well. I usually do not take many portraits, however this photo inspires me to take more. Excellent! |

Excellent and very interesting image. The branches tell the story and allow my eyes to move throughout the photo. The tonal contrasts are spot on. The monochrome is perfect for this image. Again you posted an image that allows me to contemplate and learn...thanks! |

Hi Cindy, please note my comments to Jennifer above. The dock has a walkway that I was not able to include any portion of as my wide angle lens couldn't capture it all. Thanks for your comments! |

Thanks Jennifer! I agree that the corner of the dock, as well as a portion of the walkway leading up to it, should be included. My wide angle lens wasn't able to capture it all. Perhaps a panorama that is stitched together in post processing is a better option in these situations. Thanks for your comments...truly appreciated! |
