Paul I get your focus is singularly on the graffiti and the quarry rock wall. You have done a fine job of adjusting the original to achieve that focus. The graffiti stands out while the eye is immediately pulled into your subject. I would suggest to only lighten the trees somewhat, allowing more detail to be seen. I would not lighten the brush any further.
Nice image. |

Your photograph of the single child peering out of a barn window is to be respected. The child's eyes are somewhat perplexing. I feel she is saying I am unsure. Interesting. The catch lights in the eyes are a plus. This is precious. Excellent image Helen. Did you diffuse the lighting? |

You have an attractive image Hoshedar, a striking view with the varied shaped buildings and the strongly designed high rise in the center. I feel, however the image has too much going on. To me there are at least three images to depict. What I see starts with the prominent building to the far-right side, then seeing the vertical line of increasingly lower buildings to the left. One could then lessen either the brightness, contrast and sharpness of the buildings looking upward and the buildings to the left and especially the lit boulevard. Depending on your taste, this adjustment could be subtle. |

Your image tells an emotional moment for this couple, in awe of the powerful wave and the highly interesting display of patterns the whitecaps. The whitecaps, themselves speak of movement, which adds to your image. One thought, Tony, would be to make a couple of adjustments to make the couple more prominent, and allowing the viewer eye to be first attracted to the couple. I would crop out the white cap along the left edge. I would also increase the brightness of the couple, while toning back the whitecaps to their front. Overall, a nice composite Tony. |

The color contrast between the cool colored gears and the warm background and rust spots provides a desirable separation. Now with the image reversal, the viewer is drawn into image. In my work flow I like to view along the perimeter for anything not adding to the story and eliminate it. In this case at the very left bottom the small vertical support bar, what is along the upper left side and the bar at the top center. Many times, seeking a small object or part thereof can really be of interest as your image Tom. |
