Perhaps Paul you could make this scene more macabre with adding a couple shocking images. Say a body or a couple of skeltons, etc..I did not realize you had this side to you Paul. Nice idea. |

Very nice story telling image Hoshedar. In focus and offers some separation of between the subjects and the background. I would suggest considering decreasing the variation in brightness between the lion's side and her face to lessen the amount of distraction. |

Including the history behind the Great Wall was appreciated. I do like your capturing what appears to be a considerable distance that highlights the massive overall effort over centuries to complete. The mountainous view is quite captivating. |

Barbara, I like how you have captured the singer animating here message and the Orchestra Director in the moment. The indoor lighting and sharpness came out splendidly. I agree with the others to crop out both the lady and orchestra member to her left. Also varying the level of either focus, saturation, or brightness from of the others remaining in your image. I would also suggest toning down the lightness of the Director's hair. |

Tom, like the symmetry of the church, how the focus is maintained roughout the image and how stark the doors are in red. Your image is a bit intriguing, though. Just a small tic, with the design of the church being symmetrical and the aspect ratio a square, it appears you were not standing in front of the door. Just personal taste is all that comment is. Also, would it be possible to back off the highlight protection value as the cloud draws my eye. |
