7 Jun 21 Comment Your image does indeed reflect the cold day it was. I like how you have included the short staircase in the foreground and the building in the background for depth. My suggesion would be to consider cropping down a ways from the top to devote more attention to the grave stones. Jun 17th
7 Jun 21 Comment Grace, while your selection of textures is excellent, I do prefer your selected b&w version with some color. The reasoning behind my opinion I find selectively adding subtle coloration to the sky, the girl's horns and hair adds another dimension, helpful in adding interest. I enjoy your level of creativity. Congratulations. The children against the simple clouded background with a touch of warmth makes this exceptional. Jun 13th
7 Jun 21 Comment To me the shadowing on the primary subject makes this image Tony. Your cropping simplified the background to a certain degree. I agree with Tom, darkening the background would simplify it further. Jun 13th
7 Jun 21 Comment Nice find Barbara. I like how the eyes just cut right through the viewer. My only suggestions would be to consider bringing more yellow luminance value to reduce what I perceive to be burnout on the owl's face. Also add a smidgen of contrast to the owl's body, to bring a bit of seperation from the background. Jun 13th
7 Jun 21 Comment Tom, this nostalgia image is packed full of interesting objects from what looks like a 1942 four seat sedan, signage, a couple old Coca-Cola dispensers, and the loveable green Sinclair dinosaur. I agree with your tidying up Tom. One suggestion would be to also darken somewhat the driveway behind the Ford and the driver side of the white car. My eyes are being drawn to them. Jun 13th
