Maybe keeping with your original intent of contrasting weathered-beaten equipment against modern urban landscape, you might consider converting to black and white, a split tone or just converting the buildings. |

Very impactful and timed image, Grace. The artistically shaped spray pattern surrounding the surfer is superb and several leading lines adds. Well done. |

Interesting find Les. Eyes are attracted to the dear atop a discarded appliance. The weathered paint and rust add. |

Dramatic, lighting is superb and impactful, timing was right on, composition and technically aspects fine. I favor your having opened the shadows on the arch. |

Nicely composed Barbara and compliments to the lighting and timing. I noticed the complimentary color blue behing the humingbird and brought it out a bit more. As Tony, I felt changing the hue toward the blue side a tad would help. Also I added a bit more sharpening with Topaz Lab's Sharpen Ai |

I do agree with everyone's suggestions to adjust the tone and drawing the viewer's eye more to the subject. I also favor leaving the sky magenta as that is opposite your green landscape. |
